The consortium will carry an analysis on which kind of cultural businesses have greater impact in Member States

Partners will produce the didactic material (slides) differentiating the lessons and specifying the index of the lessons

The partnership will resume the research developed in IO1 regarding virtuous cultural entrepreneurs

The partners will submit a questionnaire to existing cultural entrepreneurs

Best practices on cultural entrepreneurship will be uploaded on the online platform

Activity 4.1: Financial guidelines

The partners will nominate a Steering Committee in charge of budget control; partners will schedule verifications to be carried out throughout the 26 months of the project.


Activity 4.2: Monitoring and evaluation plan

Establishment of a schedule to monitor the implementation of the project and nominee of a scientific board in charge of quality check. In particular this activity will be taken care of by the Lead partner together with the Management Committee and the Scientific Committee. Both panels will ensure that generic deliverable (web site, communication plan, quality plan etc.) and Intellectual Outputs have a high level of scientific and methodological quality. The lead partner will draft a Quality Assurance Plan and related

report templates.


Activity 4.3: Planning future meetings

Scheduling of partners meetings for the duration of the project: where, when and who will participate


Activity 4.4: Selection of targets

Identification of SMEs, universities, trainers and persons to involve in the multiplier event, learning activities and future conferences


Activity 4.5: Partner agreements

The Lead Partner will present a draft of the partner agreement to be signed by the partners

Activity 5.1: Communication plan and dissemination

Production of a complete plan at the beginning of the project as to guide all partners throughout the entire project, in each activity concerning the communication of the existence and visibility of the project, on how, when and where to disseminate project results. Clear guidelines on graphic identity (colours, fonts, shapes and styles) for project materials


Activity 5.2: Communication templates and graphics

Production of templates for project dissemination materials based upon the guidelines of the communication and dissemination plan (Word template, PowerPoint template, flyer template, Roll-up template)


Activity 5.3: Communication and dissemination activities

All the activities focused on the communication of results that could require minor expenses (conferences, promotional videos, podcasts, TV presence, press conferences)


Activity 5.4: Project website

Hosting, design, creation and uploading of the project website. The site will store project news, partnership info, IOS descriptions and all other kind of news that the consortium will deem relevant. The website will also be the host location for all the online tools and materials that will be produced
