AARHUS UNIVERSITET

The Department of Business Development and Technology (BTECH) is part of Aarhus BSS, one of the four faculties at Aarhus University. Aarhus BSS holds the distinguished accreditations AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS for its business-related activities. BTECH has approximately 1,800 students (about 1,100 are full-time students and 700 part-time students). Approximately 15% of the full-time students come from other countries than Denmark. The department has around 100 full time employees, including technical and administrative personnel. Additionally, the department employs 80 part-time teachers. BTECH has an annual budget close to DKK 80 mio. and app. DKK 10 mio. in external funding. Unique in the Danish university system, BTECH receives funding from six surrounding municipalities supporting entrepreneurial studies and business mentor programmes of its students.

FVB S.R.L.

FVB was born in 2013 in Ancona as “certified business incubator” delegated to promote the birth and development of innovative startups (FVB – The Hive is a certified incubator under DL n. 179/2012 converted by Law no. 221/2012). Therefore FVB – The Hive was founded with the aim of providing new business ventures helping them to start and grow, offering administrative, organizational services and assistance in preparing the business plans connecting startups with venture capitals. FVB – The Hive has an integrated set of qualified services shared among settled startups, including: an advanced training to develop a new class of entrepreneurs with managerial skills over time; coordinated actions of promotion and marketing, analysis and management of integrated projects; shared databases, agreements with the credit system, opportunities to use research laboratories and technology platforms.

Izobrazevalni center Geoss d.o.o.

Education Centre Geoss Ltd., Litija, Slovenia is a successor of the People’s University of Litija with more than 50 years of experience in the field of education.

They offer a comprehensive range of educational programmes: from elementary school for adults to secondary and tertiary education programmes, as well as numerous non-formal education programmes (general education, training and courses). In recent years, increasing attention has been given to various projects that develop and encourage lifelong learning among different target groups, especially the socially weak (elderly persons, rural residents, migrants, persons with intellectual disabilities, the unemployed), and to implementation of social and digital agenda and territorial cooperation. In their work we follow the local, regional and wider national and European needs. There are approximately 1000 adults included in various educational programmes at our centre each year, of which there are between 400 and 500 participants in formal education programmes.

ACADEMY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP ASTIKI ETAIREIA

The ACADEMY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP (AKEP) is a non governmental, no profit organization founded in 2007 by the historical Educational Association of Athens “HFAISTOS” and aiming to create a healthier entrepreneurial environment on a national and European level, and trying to support young people who wish to make their innovative entrepreneurial ideas come true. AKEP’s main objective is the cultivation of the essential entrepreneurial attitude and transfer of the necessary knowledge to young entrepreneurs who are now entering the labour market and to already active entrepreneurs, wishing to establish themselves and expand their operations both within Greece and abroad.

SINEGLOSSA

Sineglossa creative ground is a moist, fertile soil for experimentation about everything contemporary. Sineglossa introduces artists to public and private organisations in order to create synergies among them and to start training, storytelling and development processes, thus responding to the companies’ need for innovation and to public authorities’ need for local development. Sineglossa carries out the whole process. Relying on a strategic analysis of the organisation’s needs, it creatively designs, realizes and communicate tailored artistic interventions in companies or public organisations. Artists
